The Pinnacle IV forms part of a series of artworks entitled ‘The Twelve Apostles’ which consists of 6 abstracts painted onto board. Inspired by her travels to South Australia, these earthy, raw & abstract artworks explore Shah’s personal responses to the elements & her fascination towards the beautifully textured rock surfaces of the naturally formed pinnacles using various media in multiple layers.
