Niel Bally (b.1951) has exhibited widely and received a traditional training from the Ruskin School of Fine Art and Drawing in Oxford and the West Surrey College of Art and Design in Surrey. Bally moved back to Wales in 2000 having spent 25 years in London painting and teaching.

This print comes from a series of 16 created by artist members of the Chelsea Arts Club for the club’s centenary in 1991. All prints in this series are signed by the artist and numbered.
